Privacy policy
This policy describes what Tumbly collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. Plain-English version: we collect what we need to run your account and nothing more.
What we collect
Account information (name, email, organization), operational data you create in the platform (orders, customers, routes), and standard usage telemetry (page views, errors). We do not sell or rent personal information.
How we use it
To operate the service, provide support, prevent abuse, and improve product quality. We use industry-standard subprocessors including Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), Mapbox (routing), and Koloni (smart lockers).
Your choices
You can export your organization's data at any time and request deletion within 30 days of account closure. Customer end-users can request deletion of their personal data via the operator who owns the account.
