Terms of service
These terms govern your use of Tumbly. By using the service you agree to them. Plain-English version: be reasonable, pay your bill, and we'll do the same.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for everything done from your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service to break the law, harm others, or attempt to compromise the platform or its users. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Payments and refunds
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not refund partial months.
Service availability
We target 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by upstream providers (payment processors, smart-locker vendors, etc.).
Termination
Either party can terminate with 30 days notice. Your data is exportable for 30 days after termination, after which it is permanently deleted.
